2024 Trip
This year the team from Canada is looking forward to, God willing, help host a 3-day conference for 500-600 people from southwestern Zambia and the New Life Tabernacle community. That will be followed by the 30-year celebration of the ministry of New Life Tabernacle and Cell Ministries. The team will offer their knowledge and skills in the following areas: Cooking, Safe Food Handling, Cooking, Kids Crafts, Helping those with Disabilities, Building Maintenance, Training centre development planning, Stress, anxiety & depression, Tree of Life self-development, Trauma, and Massage techniques for pain release. There will also be a sports program during the conference, and experiencing many choirs, music and skits.
We also plan to visit Mission of Love, the Nyawa high-school, and the sewing group in that area before heading back to a couple days of rest in Livingstone.
Another exciting opportunity will be the visit by Pastor Bruce McEvoy and Trey Poythress from Chapelstreet Church in Illinois, USA as part of their visit to other ministries in Zambia. Praying for safe traveling for everyone involved.

- Team Canada leaves on a 6am flight via New York to Nairobi
- 1-Aug
- Fly from Nairobi to Livingstone, and settle in at Fawlty Towers, visit Victoria Falls
- 2-Aug
- Team Canada: Get supplies, find out about building supplies etc. Team USA & SA: Corrie & Fred meet with Pastor Bruce & Trey in Choma; travel to Itezhi-Tezhi
- 3-Aug
- Team USA & SA spend day with Daniel & Florence in Itezhi-tezhi Team Canada: Travel via Choma to Namwala and meet with the church there
- 4-Aug
- Early wake-up to travel to Itezhi-tezhi in time for Church and welcome reunion. Settle in at the training centre
